- Provide you with a "TO DO" list to stage your home prior to showings.
- Take Photos for marketing brochures and advertising.
- Place a For Sale sign and lock box on the property.
- Provide a brochure box with photo brochures on the for sale sign for potential buyers. (It's very important to keep this full)
- Publish marketing brochures on your home with photos for showings, open houses and the brochure box.
- Will advertise full color Ad of your home in the Property Source monthly.
- Advertise your home in the local papers as appropriate.
- Send out "Just Listed" mailings to your neighborhood and qualified buyers.
- Will schedule open houses and advertise them beforehand.
- Will send out feedback forms to realtors showing your property, so we can weigh all the pros and cons.
- Will arrange and coordinate all showings during the listing period.
- Will use feedback from showing to adjust our marketing strategy.
- Will evaluate, review, and present all offers - including pre-qualifying the financial position of the buyers.
